Hi! I'm Tommok, a programmer and the head of a startup technology company. From our market research and the actual situations of myself and people around me, it seems that currently, we are surrounded by various media information. We are inundated with this information every day and appear "very fulfilled", but in fact, most of this information is "useless". All of this unfiltered information is recommended to our mobile phones because of algorithms and advertisements. It floods our minds every day, taking up our time and energy. Although we seem to be busy every day, we have actually fallen into an information trap, which makes us anxious. Therefore, I launched this "Information Defense War".
At first, I built a personal knowledge base for myself. I put carefully selected content into this knowledge base to ensure that it is the most excellent and useful information. At the same time, I classified it for easy retrieval. Later, I shared this knowledge base with my friends around me, and they all loved it very much. It greatly helped them manage time and promoted their personal growth. This made me realize that it was necessary to spread this knowledge base and make it better so that it could help more people.
So, I officially launched this project in May 2024. It took me a year to complete tasks such as platform selection, architecture building, filling in basic content, classification, and beautification. Also, I maintained a daily update frequency to turn this knowledge base into a content tool with continuously growing content.
Now, I have named this knowledge base WitCow. I hope to provide everyone with nutritious "Knowledge Milk" every day. I am committed to making it the best external brain (ExoBrain) knowledge base.
